A LITTLE UPDATE

So I have been gone for a while, not in real life, just in the blog world.....I'm hoping someone actually cares, but we'll see. I now have a new camera that has taken SO many wonderful pictures in the last year or so, but I'll spare you all of them and just post some for now! I hope anyone reading this has been well and is enjoying life as much as we are. I would just like to add that kids, although trying at times, are on of God's most precious things on earth and I am SO grateful for my little family!Matt and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary on June 6th! He is so amazing! We always do traditional gifts and this year was wood. So my gift to him was a puzzle box shaped like a fighter jet with a wedding ring in it. It's a long story realy, but the short version is that he lost his origional ring and our style had been discontinued by the time I had saved enough to get him another one. But the lady called me and told me that she finally found one after three years of searching! I was so excited to get our matching bands back. I think in all honesty, he was more excited about the puzzle box, but what do you expect from the guy right? Anyway, his gift to me was a traditional Celtic love spoon. His family decends from an Irish Celtic background and they are very proud of their heritage so this was especially special. It is a spoon made completely of wood and the man gives it to the one he loves and wants to spend the rest of his life with. Each spoon's handle has a different meaning depending on what symbol(s) the handle creates. I love it but not nearly as much as I love this guy!

At the west side drive in in Boise just waiting for our AMAZING food! We ate in the rain.....yeah....it was THAT good!

OOPS!!!!
So we went to the air show a few weeks ago and being as dumb as I am sometimes, I dropped the camera and broke it......so there won't be too many blogs for a while from lack of camera! Sorry for those of you that actually look at this! But currently we are saving for a new camera because from the sounds of it it is going to take just about as much money to fix this camera as it would to get a brand new one. But on a lighter note, Kohyn is doing great! He is doing so many cute things lately. When we sit down to eat he wants to say the prayer with us. He folds his hands and bows his head and listens quietly while we pray and then his absolute favorite part is to say AMEN!!! He gets this big grin on his face as he says it! On Saturday Mom, Shari, and I got a bunch of stuff together and had a yard sale. My mom had packed this old helmet and when Kohyn saw it he just HAD to have it! I can't wait to get my pictures off my cell phone and hopefully figure out how to post them because you all have to see how absolutely cute he looks in this helmet! He also found a little bike there and wanted to sit on it all day! I don't think that I write enough to describe to y'all how great he is...but hopefully you got a little bit of an idea. Anyway, hopefully this post finds y'all well and things are good! Talk to you soon...hopefully!

UNCLE ZACH!!!! YEAH!!!
Uncle Zach came to visit for a few days and it was so much fun to see Kohyn with him! He hadn't seen Kohyn since he was nine months old, so he got to see him walk and listen to all the silly sounds he makes! It was really a great time! Uncle Zach was getting Kohyn's nose in this picture, but Kohyn wasn't so sure about that. It was pretty cute!
Hey everyone!

UNCLE ZACH CONT!!!!

MY FAVORITE!!! Such sweet faces!!!
Truck!!

DRAMA!!

TRUE LOVE!!!
We were in Murtaugh and my dad caught this tender moment! Matt had put Kohyn up on his shoulders and Kohyn just needed to love on his dada!!!
Pure love!!!

CHEESE!!!!!
For a couple of days Kohyn understood what I meant by "say cheese"! These pictures are just a few "cheese" pictures I got!
Little cheese
Little bigger cheese
Cheese with a bink
Cheese with a hat!!

FAMILY PICTURE TIME!!!!
We thought it would be a good idea to get some pictures done for Kohyn's 15 month celebration! We hadn't had a family picture taken for some time, so we did that too....as you can tell!
WHAT A FACE!!! So precious!
This is my ultimate favorite picture. We had the teddy bear propped up on a block and Kohyn went right up to it and took it off the block and gave it the biggest hug! It almost looks like he's dancing with it! He is such a little lover!!! It's great!!
